Zanshin Heiwa (“we”) runs workshops in communication, mindfulness and personal growth from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This policy explains what personal data we collect through zanshinheiwa.com, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Why we use it

  • To reply to your message or workshop request and plan a workshop with you.
  • To send you a confirmation email that we received your enquiry.
  • To keep a record of enquiries and workshops we have delivered.
  • If you subscribe, to email you when we publish a new article. Reply "unsubscribe" at any time and we remove you.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this website, and only so they can do that job:

  • Supabase stores form submissions in our database.
  • Resend delivers our emails, including your confirmation email.
  • Vercel hosts the website.

These providers may store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond, deliver a workshop and keep reasonable business records. When they are no longer needed, or when you ask us to, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • delete it;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India after first contacting us.

Our youth workshops are booked by schools, parents or guardians. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.
