The vision behind Zanshin Heiwa
Dr. Tarang Shukla
Founder & Lead Facilitator
Rare is the professional who holds expertise across medicine, movement, and the mind - yet Dr. Tarang Shukla has built her life at exactly that intersection. A practising dental surgeon, certified 200-hour yoga instructor, and Reiki Master, she brings a depth of somatic wisdom that few in the wellness and communication space can match.
Her leadership journey spans some of India's most respected healthcare institutions - from serving as Center Head at Apollo Clinics, Mumbai, to driving marketing strategy at Sterling Hospitals and Bhailal Amin General Hospital in Vadodara. A passionate champion of communication, she rose to become Ex-President of the Bhopal Chapter of Toastmasters International, where she helped hundreds discover the transformative power of confident, clear expression.
Zanshin Heiwa is where all of this converges. Every workshop she designs carries the rigour of clinical training, the warmth of a seasoned facilitator, and the quiet authority of someone who has led in both boardrooms and healing spaces. Her belief is simple: when you align awareness with action, extraordinary things become ordinary.
